The experiences have been developed both locally and internationally in American or European Organizations. With the experience of working in all Latin American countries, we take a "differential" view, understanding the local culture, without neglecting the international gaze.

Before, said Evaluation was expected to give feedback; Today the dynamics of organizations, projects and new generations require that feedback, as a development tool, "be continuous". Today, from Positive Psychology and from the Appreciative Look, we train up-to-date Leaders to be able to respond to these new methodologies. They can run on their own platforms or developed "to measure" for the necessary records.

Through the Assessment Center and Development Center Methodology, and the use of state-of-the-art technological tools, we measure and evaluate, with precision and above all with respect and professional ethics. PSYCHOTECHNICAL EVALUATIONS:
Highly qualified psychologists, trained in psychometric and projective evaluations, have created face-to-face and “distance” evaluations, avoiding unnecessary costs of transferring professionals or applicants. We incorporate Competency Interviews, as a “syncretic and integrating” tool, which allows, as a common thread, to unite the different aspects of the Assessment.
