"Leaders are needed for leadership development."

We work in "In Company" Programs, developing "tailored to the needs of the Organization" trainings. Starting from not taking for granted "What is being a Leader in this Organization?" We design with different and current Leadership Models, but the end in itself is to create a learning space through self-knowledge, reflection and that this leads participants to personal transformation. Leadership is experienced in "action" and not, in a conceptual theoretical model. They are annual, interactive programs, with technological platforms and tasks between meetings.
